Tahiyra and her Justify filly | Aga Khan Studs

Four-time Group 1 winner Tahiyra (Ire) (Siyouni {Fr}) delivered her first foal last week, a Justify filly, according to a post by the Aga Khan Studs on X.

The chestnut is “'already quite a character' according to the Irish stud team,” the stud posted on X.

A half-sister to the standout three-time Group 1 winner and G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe runner-up Tarnawa (Ire) (Shamardal), Tahiyra won the G1 Moyglare Stud Stakes at two, and a trio of top-flight races at three–the Irish 1000 Guineas, the Coronation Stakes, and the Matron Stakes. She was also third in the G1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes. Tarnawa's first foal is a yearling filly by Siyouni, and she visited Wootton Bassett (GB) for 2025. Their dam is the multiple listed winner and group-placed Tarana (Ire) (Cape Cross {Ire}), who has a yearling filly by Dubawi and was covered by Siyouni last spring.
